About the position Our client is looking for a confident Dentist to join our clients’ team 3 days per week (scope to grow to Full Time if desired). This role suits a clinician who enjoys comprehensive general dentistry, values doing dentistry properly (not rushed), and is eager to keep improving through mentoring and case-based learning. You’ll work alongside other Dentists and a long-standing support team, with regular clinical development built into the week. The Principal Dentist is actively involved and provides guidance, review and hands-on help when needed. Your clinical scope will include a broad mix such as: Comprehensive exams, diagnosis, treatment planning and preventive care Composite fillings, bonding and restorative dentistry Crowns and bridges, including complex treatment sequencing Root canal therapy and pain relief dentistry Extractions and management of dental emergencies Teeth whitening, cosmetic enhancements and smile improvement options Clear aligners and orthodontic-style treatment planning exposure Implant dentistry involvement (experience welcomed; training supported) Key Requirements AHPRA registration as a Dentist in Australia Minimum 2 years’ post-grad experience (not suitable for new graduates) Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach Confidence in general dentistry and interest in ongoing development Team-focused attitude and willingness to participate in mentoring/peer review On offer Our client offers 40% commission Our client offers weekly mentorship sessions and structured peer review Our client offers collaborative treatment planning with Principal input Our client offers hands-on support when cases require assistance Our client offers exposure to implants and clear aligners with training support Our client offers a stable, friendly clinic culture with high clinical standards Contact details Interested?
